PURCHASING FULL SETS OF UNIFORMS
Normal shipment is 120-150 days after the COMPLETE order has been received in Wichita and confirmed. Planning the design, approving sketches, samples and ultimately developing final specifications can take 12 to 16 weeks (84 - 112 days). The actual bidding process (if required by your district) can take from 2 to 4 weeks
(14 to 28 days). Initial planning should start at least 9 months (270 days) prior to when you want to take delivery. The ideal time to place a uniform order is during the last quarter (September-December) of the year. Delivery would then take place in the Spring of the next year allowing your band the opportunity to wear the new
uniforms at a Spring concert or contest, Placing an order during the second quarter (April-June) of the year will result in delivery late in the third quarter of the same year - AFTER FOOTBALL SEASON. To insure delivery by your first game, make sure your order is Completed at least 175 days prior to the game.

Initial planning should start at least 7 months (210 days) prior to when you want to take delivery. The ideal time to place a uniform order is during the last quarter (September-December) of the year. Delivery would then take place in the Spring of the next year allowing your brand the opportunity to wear the new uniforms at a Spring concert or contest. Placing an order during the second quarter (April-June) of the year will result in delivery early in the fourth quarter of the same year - AFTER FOOTBALL SEASON. To insure delivery by your first game, make sure your order is COMPLETE at least 180 days prior to the game.
PURCHASING FRONT LINE UNIFORMS
Normal shipment is 12-16 weeks (84-102 days) after the COMPLETE order has been
received in Wichita and confirmed. Planning the design, approving sketches, samples and ultimately developing final specifications can take 4 to 6 weeks (28 - 42 days). The actual bidding process (if required by your district) can take from 2 to 4 weeks (14 to 28 days). Initial planning should start at least 6 months (180 days) prior to when you want to take delivery. The ideal time to place a uniform order is during the last quarter (September - December) of the year. Delivery would then take place in the Spring of the next year allowing your band the opportunity to wear the uniforms at a Spring concert or contest. To insure delivery by your first game, make sure your order is COMPLETE at least 110 days prior to game.
